CrossFit
A CrossFit class is a coach-led, group workout designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall fitness in a fun and supportive environment. Each class is structured to help members of all fitness levels succeed.
Classes typically begin with a warm welcome and dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for movement. Coaches then lead the group through skill or strength training focusing on proper technique and helping members build confidence in movements such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and Olympic lifts.
The highlight of the class is the Workout of the Day (WOD)—a high energy workout that combines functional movements, weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardio. Whether you're rowing, lifting, jumping, or running, every workout is designed to challenge you while keeping you motivated and engaged.
